  1. Review titled Uncomfortable smear/doctors appointment

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 02 May 2023

I’ve had two appointments at this surgery one with a female doctor and second was a week later for a smear test with two nurses , in both appointments I’ve had to strip off from bottom down , I’ve had many appointments like this due to pre cancerous cells in past so not new to it , but these last two appointments left me feeling very uncomfortable at both appointments I was asked to strip down in front of the doctor / nurses no curtain like there use to be no sheet to put over my lap ! I felt awful and felt very uncomfortable to no they were watching me undress and not even to turn away to have there backs to me just while I did this ! And to add icing on the cake the window was wide open 🙄 , I just think if it was my first time I wouldn’t of went back !!! And they should make you feel as comfortable as possible! Although the doctor/nurses weren’t rude or nasty they were nice, maybe just abit more dignity for the patient wouldn’t go amiss .

  2. Review titled Worst place in kent

Rated 1 star out of 5

No staff to answer the phones, no staff to answer patients at reception. Will happily leave a two year old child in pain and unwell for a week before the Dr calls to see if child actually needs seeing. Happy to fob patients off to overstretched hospitals than actually do their job. Final straw in the joke of a doctor's surgery made a mental health appointment due to struggling with a few conditions, was left to wait 30 minutes until a staff member actually turned up to work and saw that 25 minutes into the appointment time the 'mental health nurse' has text (yes a text) to say she wouldn't be in!!!! Someone that deals with vulnerable people and she texts to say she won't be and she'll call for the appointment after the appointment!!!!! Worst doctors surgery in Kent. Would send anyone to the grim reaper instead as they would have more luck actually being treated

  3. Review titled Why do they have receptionists for?

Rated 1 star out of 5

Called in with an ongoing issue after completing their online econsult to be told they cant see it so cant help. This was after me being on phone to them for over 40minutes! What is the point of them having receptionist if they are not able to to help???

  4. Review titled See a GP very unlikely

Rated 2 stars out of 5

What is the point of me paying national insurance contributions all of my working life to find that now you can’t see a Doctor. If you are seriously ill phone NHS help lines you are told by a lengthy message when phoning the surgery. I have been told I can’t see a Doctor even thought I was in a bad car accident recently. I’m paying privately for Physiotherapy which I cannot really afford because you can’t get an appointment to see anyone. I have had to wait 3 weeks to get an eConsult appointment what ever that is. Really this is not good enough.
