   Was told I would have a callback in the morning, got to 2:30 nothing, so called and was told I was on the list but the doctor wasn’t going through the list in order so it should be soon. Ten to 6, still nothing, called back and was told I was still on the list and the doctor worked until 7. It is now 8pm and nothing and it is a Friday so now having to contact 111. Hospitals wouldn’t be so full and 111 so busy if doctors made contact!

   Rang up today to book an appointment for a baby who is unwell to be told the doctors are only in the surgery until 2pm, that is not good enough. Was told I cannot make it until after 3ish, which would of been fine if she would of said they cannot do that time politely but she was fast saying it and blunt and rude. Staff do not seem to care anymore.
