I have been a patient at this practice for 20 years now and over that time they have always provided me and my family with a first-class service. The Doctors and Nurses are highly professional and always treat you respectfully. The reception staff are all courteous and do their best to ensure you are treated as soon as possible. This practice deserves nothing less than 5 stars, I hope they will continue to keep up the good work

At a time of enormous pressure on all health services, this practice provides fantastic service. When telephoning, a recorded message explains why you will be asked the nature of your problem, then one of the friendly and well-trained receptionists listens to your needs and directs you to the most appropriate service. Whilst it is the case that you will wait several days for a non-urgent appointment, especially if you request a specific doctor, receptionists respond promptly to potentially serious issues. In my case I saw a health care professional the same day who was able to examine me and issue a prescription. It is very reassuring to have such a supportive, efficient general practice at our service.
