    Phoned this morning got a call back within 15mins offered appt with nurse practitioner 45 mins later. Problem sorted. Nurse practitioner was friendly professional and reassuring very impressed with whole experience

    The phone system is terrible. They clearly need more staff on the phones. Ringing in the evening when you would expect it to be quiter and the hold time was 50 odd minutes. Worst GP surgery I've ever dealt with trying to get an appointment, but to be fair the appointments I have got all the staff and doctors have been great.

    After a recent period of illness in hospital, I was contacted by the Practice (without even requesting an appointment) after being discharged. This form of support shows how much the Practice aims to look after its patients to ensure that they are well supported.

    Rang 8.00am for appointment as treatment /medication had run out the doctor who prescribed them told me to ring once course had finished. I was fourth in queue but told doctor was off for two weeks and no one else available, ring back at 12.oo may be someone then. Rang at 12.01 third in queue, at 12.08 told nothing available, ring another day. I'm now in limbo because of ineptitude from front staff giving out pre arranged cover themselves answers,its like a pantomime different actors same script, did i get sorted oh no I didnt

    Dear patient, Thank you for your feedback. At present we are still working to NHS Covid restriction guidelines and only able to book the majority of appointments on the day. We do recognise that phone lines are extremely busy and have implemented other ways in which patients can contact us. If you have Patient Access we do have a number of appointments released at 8pm every evening which patients can book directly into. If you do not have access to this service please call the Reception team who will be happy to help with this. We also have the option for patients to submit a form online via our website, if you select the tab 'consult with your doctor online' there will be a variety of sub heading that you can choose which may relate to your issue.     How can you make an appointment to see a doctor. When you "can" get through on the phone they tell you to call at 08.00 or 13.00hrs, good luck with that, and I am unable call call at these time due to work restrictions, they then point you in the direction of the app and appointments are available at 20.00hrs. Over two weeks there have been no appointment available on the app. So, tell me, How do I get to see a doctor?

    Dear patient, Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry that you are having issues making an appointment. I have checked with regards to the Patient Access appointments and it seems that these do get booked extremely quickly however they are available at 8pm every evening. We are understand the frustration with regards to the availability of appointments however we are still working to Covid restrictions and are only able to book the majority of appointments on the day. We do have the option for patients to complete an online form which can be found on our website under 'consult with your doctor online'. There are a range of sub headings which may relate to your issue however if you are struggling to find an appropriate one please choose 'General Health Query'. The Reception Team do also have access to a number of 'extended access' appointments which can be with GP's at alternative Practices within the local area during the evening.
