I have had a few issues lately. The staff I have engaged with have been fast acting and caring. Sometimes it’s difficult to get an appointment, but on the whole it is a positive experience. Reception staff try their best to give appointments and are polite. Both nurses are brilliant and caring. They give their time and don’t rush matters. I’ve also been seen by a few doctors, all who listen and do their best. Main doctor brings amusement but also listens and helps. I’ve been at this surgery for years and will continue to do so. Especially now I’ve built a relationship with a lot of the staff here. A recent experience I had was an infected abscess. First I saw a nurse who gave antibiotics in the hope it would go down, and other medications to support the pain. When this didn’t work, I saw the main doctor who sent me straight to hospital as it needed removing. He wrote me a letter so I wouldn’t have to sit in an and e. once the abscess had been removed, I am now going for daily dressing changes with the nurses. They fit me in straight away and take the dressing change very seriously. I’ve also been able to see the doctor to get a sick note. I’ve found this to be a good and caring practice. Glad they are my local service.

I have been a patient of this gp for several years and I could not be more happier with the service provided. I was experiencing a lot of pain to the extent which I couldn't move around . And even when it was past the booking time I was still given an appointment. The receptionist was very friendly and the doctors were very caring

Today I came for my baby check up doctor and nurse so helpful and taking care of child they booked my appointment for vac according to my availability And they give paracetamol and advice how to use as well very good service from them

Easy to open up too very understanding practice have had issues with other ones in the past but feel really comfortable, with my mental health problems as well being an extra obstacle of how to communicate well with people for me but they are understanding also non-judgemental from the receptionist to the Docters nurses, everyone’s treatment is outstanding & respectful they go above & beyond.

I visited surgery for my nurse appointment where I was booked for BP check, my BP was really high so nurse asked reception staff to book me with doctor for review. Staff been really helpful, they booked me an urgent apt and doctor seen me on time.

Today i came enquire about my wife registration process because she is pregnant immediately they take registration form and referred to midwife great service I received from the gp and fast impressed and happy with this service

I've had a surgery for pilonidal abscess which needed me to change my dressings daily. To do that I had to have appointments with my GP at Pearl medical centre. The nurses were very friendly and accommodating and have helped me changed my dressings daily. It was a fun and nice atmosphere.
