    again, i have called 22 times today, no answer, this is a total waste of time at this surgury, why can no one ever answer the phone, get new staff, close this place down and reopen, feed up waste time waste of money

    feed up these people never ever answer phones, just a joke, they dont care just a waste of time, costs money to phone they just let phone ring

    From waiting on the phone for more than an hour because of a que of around 10 people just to get to first in line for the phone to continuously ring and no one to answer.

    Staff very rude, never ever answer phones at all, took me 29 mins for them to pick up phone, waste of time

    I had to call 111 this morning due to intense stomach pains and blood coming out of me. I spoke to a clinician who called me roughly within the time frame given to me. He then referred me for a phone appointment with my GP at 9:30 am. I phoned at 11am as I hadn't heard anything. They said they would call just after 11am..... I waited until 12:15am... then they told me I was next in the queue. Its now 1pm. Maybe I should have ignored the clinician and called an ambulance. God knows how much longer I'll be waiting.

    i stood in line on my own for 20 mins before any one called me to desk, whilst 4 people was working on pc training, not on phone calls just training, no one could be bothered to help me. Never ever do they answer phone calls just pick up phone and put down, need to stop this now, extremely bad customer service

    I have been driven to both sobs and fury because of this surgery. Every month, I have to order refills of my prescriptions, and every month, this surgery's front desk staff cannot seem to manage this. So my prescriptions are delayed every month no matter what I do. Also, this surgery is very difficult to get hold of by phone, and when you finally do, staff can be very abrupt and unhelpful. I've been promised that a duty doctor will phone me back same day, and nobody phones me. I've asked to see a doctor, and have been refused, or the appointment I get is three months off. I've emailed the surgery where I can't get through via phone, and they seem to mostly ignore emails from patients. They have also ignored letters from my hospital clinicians. Finally, they recently de-registered me from the practice without notifying me, leaving me without any practice, when I needed to renew my meds. It took AGES to put right because of their slow response even though I marked it "urgent." Couldn't be worse.
