   The worst surgery ever is an understatement! I have been removed from the surgery due to missed appointment which I have explained to the practice supervisor due to ill health. The surgery reception was very rude when I asked for my patient summary to be provided so that I could give this to the new surgery and this was only provided the next day via the practice messaging system. My experience with this surgery has been nothing short of awful! I am really glad that I left this surgery.

   Good morning We are sorry that you have had cause to complain. We do not remove patients lightly but we do have a policy when patients DNA their appointments they receive letters to remind them. I am more than happy to discuss this further if you feel that this decision was wrong Operations Manager
