  1. Review titled Bad Service

Rated 1 star out of 5

I am on long term medication for high blood pressure and pain relief. For the past 8 - 10 months I have had problem in obtaining my repeat prescription. Either items missed or not recieved when requested. I then got into the habit of ordering my prescription a few days earlier just so that I would make sure my medication would nit run out. On Tuesday 13th I ordered my prescription and would have expected them by Thursday, so left it till Friday to collect just to make sure they would be there. I arrived at the pharmacy to be told they not there. . I called the surgery and was told I would have not get them for another 48 hrs. The receptionist did not want to listen or understand that I would have nothing for the weekend. The pharmacist also spoke to her and requested it be treated as urgent. I still not receive the prescription over the weeweekend. Due to the type of painkillers I was not able to get some to cover me for the weekend. Due to this I have spend the weekend unable to attend work due to pain, I have been sick vomiting since Friday. It just concerns me that the receptionist do not understand the situation that some of the patients are in or suffering without medication. I have made this complain in person to a Dr but nothing seems to have improved.

I was registered with Parkview Surgery, Brownhills Road, in 2004 and have since been visiting this surgery. I can say without exaggeration that am extremely happy with Doctors and the staff. They are always cooperative, kind and helpful. Arrangements made to lookafter the patients are perfect. Sometimes defaults occurs but they immediately find the remedy. I give 5 stars to this surgery.

  7. Review titled Worse practice experiences

Rated 1 star out of 5

I tried to have an appointment for my son, who is 3 days sick, with headache dizziness, he is 14 and unfortunately take a strong medication (depression/adhd) First of all the landline wasn’t working, after 30min waiting to be served the impolite receptionist said the appointments was gone, always they force you to have an appointment over the phone. The receptionist always says the doctor work from home, there is no point for a doctor work from home! He needs to see patients instead! Always when I need to see the doctor they refuse me an face to face appointment, she said can’t bring my son to GP because there was no doctor there! She said to take my son to hospital an emergency!!! Every service that you need the receptionists have arguments why, also never sort out our queries. I am extremely dissatisfied with this GP. I am sure there are many people that is dissatisfied with it too. Please report it to have a good service please.

  9. Review titled Great Practice

Parkview Surgery, Brownhill Road is an excellent practice I can say based on my past and present experience with them. I have been visiting this surgery for the last 11 years and could never find any problem with my visiting the GP and getting the proper medical treatment .They take care of the seniors good and proper. The staff is very cooperative, listen to problems with great care and provide every possible help in getting their medical and physical problems solved. They have made all facilities available to get appointments online as well as order the medicines. They provided full care and made wonderful arrangements for patients during the Corona crisis. The environment within surgery is always found clean and peaceful.I would certainly give suggestions if some improvements are required and give presently 5 stars to Parkview Surgery, Brownhill Road, Catford, London.
