I never ever seen worse GP like Parkside. They saying call at 8 o'clock to get appointment but phone line is not working at this time.. When you call them 8.30 all busy like they said... But true is come. I try to call them at 8:30 and I seen in reception thru the window from outside no one is busy at that moment. They just freaky lazy to pick up phone and give a appointment. Even when it's not "busy" how they saying moment they just not picking up phone.. After 9 o clock pick up phone and said stupid excuses. Everything happened 24.01.2023 - tuesday but I get appointment Friday.

In March this year I went to Parkside Surgery in Boston for a consultation following a Carpal Tunnel diagnosis. I was told I would need surgery in my left hand but my right hand had mild symptoms that the surgeon could rectify immediately with a steroid injection. Fast forward 4 months & I have numbness in my right hand. Lodged a complaint which they attempted to brush under the carpet. To date no apologies for the pain & discomfort in my right hand & no attempts to rectify the issue. The only attempt to do anything at their end was to try & cover up what happened, certainly as far as I can determine. I am now at the bottom of a very long wait to have my right hand looked at but also the left hand that needs surgery. I found this to be an appalling service
