    Left a message on Klinik in the morning and had a response within the hour. Mine was not an urgent request but had been unwell for over a month with Upper Respiratory tract infection and thought I may need some medication.I was phoned within the hour and offered an appointment straight away and the Doctor seeing me was helpful and efficient. This is 2nd time I have messaged on Klinik and was impressed previous time as well. I realise for many (including me)the change from not being able to book appointments direct is strange and possibly worrying but I do now see that new system appears to be working. Many thanks to all concerned

    I’ve had a lot of dealings with the surgery over the past 6 months with my two boys and their asthma. Please let all the doctors, nurses and paramedic know how wonderful they are, going above and beyond to ensure my boys have had the care and medication they need. I’ve been able to access advice and support too in order to be fully aware of signs and symptoms of their asthma worsening. Thank you so much. The new referral system is brilliant too.

    I was promptly seen by the GP and greeted respectfully. My GP was friendly, polite understanding. I was quickly examined and told the cause of my constant knee pain and given jab for it. I was advised to return after three months for a review for further treatment. I am very happy to be a patient of Parkside, where I have been a patient for nearly four decades. Thank you all and high regards to my GP. Thanks again.

    Really impressed that Triage process of Klinik meant I could see a GP urgently. She was lovely & she phoned afterwards with a follow-up appointment to see practice nurse Saw practice nurse who dealt with my dressing & gave good advice...thank you

    I first called at the end of July just to check on my HRT. A doctor was supposed to ring me back the next week I never did until last week I have been sent three different prescriptions or for HRT which could all be deadly dangerous if taken together tonight, I hung on the phone for 1 1/2 hours with no answer after calling them three times and they promised a call back in 48 hours when I called last for Friday, I am disgusted with the service you don’t even get a real nurse on the phone now it is a telephonist they have gone very very downhill since Covid avoid them if you can get a proper

    The nurse was on time for my blood pressure reading. I then went on to make two appointments for some issues and was asked a lot of questions by the receptionist, which I found bit intrusive

    Thank you for your feedback. I am pleased that you were happy with your nurse appointment. I am sorry that you found our receptionists questions a bit intrusive. We need to ask questions regarding the issue patients are presenting with, in order to give the clinician as much information as possible to enable them to triage their request based on clinical need.
