   Total chaos at the flu vaccination at Broomfield this morning. People everywhere like a football stadium, nowhere to park, cars queuing out to the main road. Could have done with someone to direct traffic. I had to repeat my name to the receptionists at least 3 times before she got it, and she didn't understand the ethnicity question - what happens the patient doesn't fit neatly into one of the boxes - ( middle eastern) please do some training on this
