    Ok, I get that the phone line might be a bit of wait but once through this practice could not have been more helpful towards me when I’ve needed to call up for and on behalf of my 99 year old father these past few months. The call takers always go that extra mile to try and sort out whatever issue he’s having and if I need to speak to a Doctor on his behalf I am always offered a call back that same day. I don’t live locally and the fact that Park Surgery staff are so helpful they make it a pleasure to call up because I know it will be efficient and hassle free. Thankyou,

    Tried for weeks to get a routine appointment to be told you need to ring at 8am even for routine. On hold for over 45mins every time I’ve rang, gave up in the end. Can’t even put an econsult in as they get turned off. Things have gotten so bad that the GP practice I work for have had to refer me for a scan last year and do my bloods earlier this week and both times I have been diagnosed with something. Find it ridiculous that I have had to put a temp residency in with my workplace to be seen. Very thankful to them for being so good with me. As someone who works in this industry I understand the strain GP practices and the staff are under but you really need to sort your appointment system out. I’ve never had any issues until now been with this surgery all my life

    Thank you for your feedback, I am sorry to hear you have had difficulties obtaining an appointment and getting through on our phone lines.     I live in london so i always ring for my mother who was 75 at the time the receptionist and drs understand my mams health problems always correspond with myself about appointments or test results i find it quicker just doing a e-consult genuinely get back to me the same day cant fault the staff and service well done and keep up the hard work, way better service up north then down south

    I have tried to contact this Practice for four (4) days 10/10/22 - 13/10/22 To make an appointment or to arrange a telephone appointment. The taped message is not fit for purpose as it does not give full information. I have been on hold for over 30 minutes every day I have called.
