   Impossible to get past reception to see a doctor, they know best and refused to help, other than go to A and E. Meanwhile I can't get my medication and having to borrow and self medicate. Blood pressure of 190/110 and held back by a receptionist. When I have seen medical staff (not the pretend ones on reception) they have been excellent. Real shame the NHS has come to this where the face of the NHS is poorly represented.
