    Time and time again, this doctors have made mistakes. This has effected me both mentally and left me permanently disabled. Book blood test and they pull you off medication that you have been on for 8 years. Then leaving me for month with out medication. Reception staff are incredibly rude and argumentative when trying to book appointments. Would make people wait because having a chit chat.. have people behind the desk that they have to ask to leave because they can hear anything confidential. Incredibly unprofessional and disgusting inappropriate behaviour

    Been trying to get an appointment to see a doctor to get some ear drops for the last three days and you are either left on hold for 30 minutes before the line goes dead or it just tells you to call back later as the lines are busy. Have been struggling to hear the last two days and have tried every home remedy I can think of it's not good enough

    I had to have an emergency c section and after being in hospital a day I was sent home with pain relief for a few days and told it should last me but if I need more to contact my gp surgery who will prescribe more. So after 5 days I rang up and asked for more and I was refused and told to take over the counter pain relief! I was told there is no magic pill and to rest. Of course I was resting but the pain was there regardless! Not to mention I was opened back up after my surgery due to a heavy bleed so I was very sore!

    my wife was waiting over 3 weeks for eye drops, so went into the surgery to speak to receptionist, asked her to check letters or messages as consultant from RVI eye clinic said he sent 3 weeeks ago, they found message/letter with prescripion sent 3 weeks previous, my wife asked why she had to wait this long, the answer " these things happen" my wife has golcoma and needed them drops. this practist over the last few years has been going downhill, the doctors are ok if you can get to see one, but receptionists and practist manager need changing

    Absolutely terrible booking system! Trying to get an appointment is almost impossible. Even when doctors want to see you in 2 weeks time they can’t give you an appointment as the system won’t let them book more than 2 weeks ahead. Also to even speak to a receptionist it regularly takes about 30 to 40 minutes on hold. The whole system needs reviewing.

    I’ve been trying to Self manage a problem for a while , then attended pharmacy who couldn’t help . I filled out the e consult and was contacted within the hour and offered an appointment the next day . They then phoned back to say that they had managed to find an appointment that afternoon. Unfortunately, I was unable to leave work for then and attended the next day . Speak as I find and Couldnt ask for better service on this occasion
