   asked you to phone the medical Center when you were in medical Center.then get a call back from the young lady said"no appointment is available!"need to call 111.just waste your time,never ever care about your patients.just leave you getting worse and worse

   I completed an e-consult and received a phone call within 2 hours from the GP. She was extremely friendly, compassionate and efficient. She asked me to attend the surgery and offered me an appointment the same day. At the appointment she was again, extremely caring and listened to my concerns and offered very helpful advice and solutions. She was wonderful.
