Having been with Park Lane Surgery for many years I have seen many changes. I was worried after covid, with systems changing, and more online services from our GP, that all personal and prompt medical attention would fail. Park Lane Surgery have proved me wrong. With easy to use on line services, replies usually received within the hour and, where needed, telephone consultation/appointments arranged, the service is still excellent. Caring and professional staff offer assurance that you are being well looked after and getting the best advice and care when needed. Thank you

So very impressed with and grateful for the care at Park Lane Surgery... Why? 1. Easy access. Extremely easy to order meds via nhs app. Extremely easy to access support via the online tool on website. Easy to attach photo if needed. If face to face appointment needed then arranged at a convenient time. Feel the efforts that have gone into this model help to ensure that face to face appointments are used efficiently. This is very much appreciated. 2. Helpfulness of staff I always feel supported when I seek support. I appreciate that things must be challenging at times however the desire to support the health of patients shines through. Thank you 😁

I have had to attend this surgery twice in the last couple of months. I can not praise them enough and have felt compelled to leave a review after all the bad press at the moment that Doctors are getting. Both times I have left a message online with this surgery and both times within a hour or so I have been contacted and an face to face appointment has been booked in for the same day. The online system is easy to use and the service once there is 5 star! Mind you it has always been excellent but even now under such pressure they have kept the same high standards. I feel very lucky to be under their care. Thank you!
