I keep getting texts meant for someone else. I live in another part of the country. Inconvenient for me and possibly dangerous for the patient if she is not getting important information. I have been notifying you for the last few years but still receive texts. Please remove my phone number from all data bases.

From the moment the Receptionist answered my call I couldn’t have received better treatment. I was given a face to face appointment within an hour. I saw a GP, whom I hadn’t seen before and he was extremely knowledgable, courteous and I felt in safe hands. Blood Tests were taken and I was advised to proceed to A and E immediately, which I did. The Doctor actually called me later that day to check on me. Since my discharge from hospital I have spoken to the practice and both the Receptionist and GP have been so helpful and are amazing. People are very quick to criticise our lovely NHS but for me, they have been Superstars. Thank you Oxshott Medical Practice.

Needed an emergency appointment but worried that since Covid it would be difficult to get an appointment quickly. However I phoned surgery at 8 am and saw Dr at 9.20 same day. Extremely helpful took the blood test himself rather than send me elsewhere Phoned me that afternoon with result and arranged scan for the day after Very efficient use of time and very professional approach A positive and improved experience from a practice I have attended for 30 years

I believe we are very lucky to have the Oxshott Medical Practice GPs and their colleagues working so hard for us. My own immediate family has always been very happy with the Oxshott Practice, but I have also in recent years witnessed firsthand how the whole team supported and provided the caring for a much-loved local couple, who were both elderly and frail. I cannot thank everyone there enough for the unfailing responsiveness that they coordinated at every turn.

I wanted to provide a thank you to the doctors and reception staff at Oxshott Medical Practice. I have managed to get "same-day" appointments whenever I need them (altho' you did have to be a bit sharp on the phone at 8am!). The consultations have been very professional, and in most cases, have resolved my health issues. The few times they haven't been successful have been around finding the right antibiotic to fix me. The doctors have provided me with referrals swiftly when I need them, and repeat prescription requests are handed swiftly The reception staff are always helpful. My one issue I have is that there is no privacy for discussions between clients and receptionist staff . Everyone in the waiting room can hear every word. This is not great, and could be very embarrassing. A big thank you to the staff at Oxshott Medical Practice

Thank you for taking the time to review our Practice and your kind comments. We are aware the acoustic issues we have in the reception area and our waiting room regarding Privacy. We have installed a screen in reception to reduce the sound and are looking into other solutions. Unfortunately we are unable to make any structural adjustments to the building and space is limited for staff. We welcome any suggestions from patients to resolve this issue.
