I have had top level person centred practical care at all times when my interests have been at the centre of all decisions made. I was proud of the support that all of the team provided during the pandemic and how it maximised the vaccination program for all patients.

I have been with this practice for well over fifty years now. Not once have I had cause to complain, however during and since Covid, I feel they have gone from strength to strength. From the friendly reception team, people working back office, prescriptions, results etc right through to nurses and GP’s the service is always outstanding, even during busy periods and difficult times. I cannot recommend the practice highly enough.

After having major trust issues with Gp surgeries I have actually find a surgery I can trust, I have complex illnesses and always get appointments with the best GP to deal with the problems that are presenting, even with emergency appointments the reception staff do their best to help get me an appointment be that telephone or a face to face appointment but I’ve never been refused to be seen, every gp I’ve seen has always been super helpful, approachable and friendly - so thank you

I have been with this practice now for forty six years and have seen it go from strength to strength. They have well organised systems, run clinics, provide some of their own testing and have a friendly, knowledgeable staff from the receptionists through to the doctors. There are two sites which gives some choice. The practice is forward thinking and committed to the community offering classes in yoga and technology. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

Brilliant staff, I was anxious after a long stay in ICU and Dr was amazing and saw me same day, was very thorough with checks and I felt they listened to my concerns and reassured me. Told me to contact them again if I was ever worried about this issue again. All the staff are fantastic and work so hard to help patients.
