   I needed to see someone urgently as my blood pressure was dangerously high. I got through to reception in less than 5 minutes and was able to speak to a nurse after another 5. I was seen by a doctor in less than two hours and prescribed medication which returned my blood pressure to safe levels by morning. I was given clear advice about danger signs without scaring me and I have follow up investigations at the surgery this week. All the staff were efficient and friendly and I felt very well cared for.
