The doctors themselves are good and I have nothing against them but the receptionists are horrible; every single time you try to call for some kind of help or information, the tone they use makes you feel like they are not interested at all in helping you out, and always in a hurry to hang the call up. Today I wanted some help with placing an order on Patchs, the esteemed lady at the other end of the line from the reception made sure to hang the call up as soon as possible and slammed the telephone down after telling me to either figure the website out or leave a note at the reception... what is this behavior?

Review titled Hard to get in touch ! No response to calls

I registered with this practice and ever since the outbreak i have had a hard time getting in touch with them. Just this morning i have been trying to call in since 10.30 am and been on hold for over an hour with no response. The phone keep ringing but no one responds. Despite end of the pandemic, this GP insists filling up an online consult to get an appointment to speak to a doctor let alone see one !!
