    I placed a call at 16.35 was number 9 in queue, 2 hrs later still in queue. Phone dropped line. Placed a 2nd call at 18.27 still within surgery hours, joined at number 4 in queue. Just sat in queue for a further 2 hrs. Pretty sure they just went home and left me there. Fortunately my minutes were free. I’ve been at this surgery since birth (50+ years) over the past 5 years levels of service have drastically dropped.

    I checked with website first. Reception open at 8am. But at 8.15 it was still on the automated system.

    After raising an issue with the practice manager I was told that she would investigate and return to me by 19th of April. After setting the deadline herself i am still yet to hear a thing from her, unwilling take a call either. Very very poor and disappointing service.

    Had a nurse appointment on the 9th of March at 1pm, turned up and checked in. Sat and waited for 25 minutes only to be told that there was no nurse. No apology and no remorse was shown. How and why this type of behaviour and 'professionalism' should be accepted is absolutely beyond me. Such a disappointment...

    I have not been with this practice all that long, but I can honestly say this is probably the best one I have ever been with, every member of staff that I have come into contact with, whether on the phone or face to face has been polite, professional and very friendly, they always listen and where they can do go out of their way to help. I have complete faith in this practice - thank you
