I have been poorly for about a week, being a teacher I can't always make or attend appointments. I took the day off after losing my voice and went to the practice at 3pm. I got an appointment with the duty doctor within half an hour due to the amazing receptionist realising how unwell I was and phoning him. I got sorted within 15 minutes and now have the medication I need. I've never been turned away even when appointments have ran out at 8am. Thanks for all your help.
