I have recently taken my son to this GP practice and they were amazing! I was worried as I had had an email from school regarding Scarlett Fever. I requested an appointment on the app and explained his symptoms and they had him in that afternoon! The doctor was so thorough and totally put my mind at ease. I know GP surgeries have a bad reputation but Orient Road have always gone above and beyond to help me and my family. The reception staff are always helpful and the GP's are lovely.

Today I took my wife 5 month pregnant for vaccination @ 9.05 am our appointment was at 8.40am. As it was raining continuously and due to road block we could not reach on time and at reception we were sent back. I can understand being on time is really important but can’t there be exceptions for pregnant women? I came to GP many times on time but was not attended on time due to other patients being examined or Dr may be busy attending patients, is it like we must wait for for staff and understand their situation but they won’t understand our situation. I was extremely disappointed with the way we were sent back. Please understand every pregnant women is not same. My wife cannot sit and travel for few minutes that’s her condition sending back for being 15min late for appointment is truly unhuman. Very sorry to say
