All the receptionist are very rude and disrespectful to the patients. Very bad service. Not listing to patients threatening to call police. Even you call 8:15 in the morning to get appointment saying all the doctor appointments are full today. Not willing to see any paitent. Worse medical centre in bolton

Wrong appointment could not attend also no registration of the businesses prescribed medication not reserved at right place and supply of urgent medication from NHS letter sent advise for patient

Don't want to see patients unless it's life threatening even then have to convince the receptionists and plead with them. Feel very unwanted every time I call and never get a appointment. Seems as though they like to see minimal amount of patients and have no time for there patients. So many other GPS that's actually do there job correctly not like these lot .very useless
