Appointment on time. Quick and easy. The nurse was great and made me feel at ease. A very necessary test and done in a respectful and efficient manner.

Very friendly staff that went above and beyond to fit me in for an emergency appointment. Did not have to wait for more than 3 minutes in the waiting room. Excellent service & care

  4. Review titled Struggling to meet demand

Rated 1 star out of 5

This surgery does not have enough staff to answer their phones or provide the care you'd expect. It's upsetting as the staff they do have try their best. I've had an ongoing medical condition over the last three months or so and I constantly have to fight for appointments and for doctors to take me seriously. It is not uncommon to wait on the phone for 30 minutes. It's really distressing and I feel so isolated with these symptoms. So far I've been sent for 4 blood tests and, though they have identified some issues, no treatment has been prescribed. I strongly suspect they're waiting for my bloods to come back normal so they can stop any investigations despite having multiple other symptoms. I'm not a doctor and therefore the repeating blood tests and lack of medication may be necessary but no one has told me anything or had the time to discuss possible explanations with me. It's been a really difficult couple of months and I've found myself wishing I could afford private healthcare.

  5. Review titled Poor service

Rated 2 stars out of 5

There has been an influx of new GPs and that seems to have coincided with a deterioration in the service provided. Reception staff always do their best to help and despite some other reviews, I've never encountered anything other than politeness and helpfulness from reception and dispensary staff. It's all very well becoming part of a PCN and valting all sorts of new services but the clinicians need to get the basics right first, such as patient care. Perhaps remembering why they became doctors in the first place might help.
