It's so organised and despite only 2 doctors I never have a problem booking a phone apt after a phone apt on Tues and I was offered a face to face apt on Thurs. The app makes it easy to find a suitable apt and leaves the phone free for those who can't use it. Very impressive service from everyone there

The helpfulness of all the staff, to make you feel valued. When feeling really poorly and not knowing what to do. The staff supported me in getting the right attention that I needed.

I have never had a problem getting an appointment The nurse and the doctors normally run near to time and they refer you on if necessary. They are efficient at prescribing. The phone can take a while to be answered

I phone up for an appointment and never have a problem the receptionist always trys to get you an appointment .

I recently had a PSA blood test. The surgery rang on the 22nd January to ask me to see the Doctor about the result. I got an appointment for 4.30pm for the next day.
