    Done econsult,by the end of that day a blood test form was messaged through to me to book an appointment(I requested bloods)bloods were done on a Friday morning,receptionist rang on the Monday,and Tuesday the next day I was booked in with the nurse for B12 injections,raised a few concerns as the results were all new to me,totally put at ease and left totally confident and she did see the Dr to question my concerns.

    I've had to wait a couple of weeks for non urgent face to face,totally happy with that. Later date requested a review of medication and pain, on Wednesday txt said that they would be in contact by Thursday evening but due to signal missed the calls late Wednesday,Dr rang me 11.30 ish thursday sending me for an xray and prescribed medication which was delivered 4 hours later,I understand its an issue that they know about but under the pressure they have to work I can't fault them at all

    Have been with The Orchard Family Practice for over 10yrs now and despite Covid i have never struggled to get the help needed either by telephone or face to face appointment. Drs are caring and helpful.
