Just like with any practice they have a good and a bad side. From my personal experience the clinic has improved over the years, staff are friendly enough, get the job done and can manage a smile if they are not overwhelmed. Appointments are fairly easy to get if you are tech savy but in the recent months they have made the phone lines easier to get through to book an appointment. There are some good GP’s that actually do their job wholeheartedly and not just because they get paid. Most recently with the help of a Gp at Porters Avenue I was able to get a quick diagnosis of my ADHD and Autism through the right to choose service. With his understanding of my concerns I was assessed and diagnosed in a space of 6 months. I hope the clinic continue to improve.

I needed urgent medication as I ran out. They were very helpful in accomadating my needs. The receptionist was very kind and helpful.

I did form online for appointment for my son at 11 which is normally late to get appointments but in this case they located him a appointment so Easy to get appointments

Appropriate advice on antenatal care and signpost to right services. Immediate response is also something remarkable.Provided advice on medications, appointments and restrictions would be managed by midwives. Also informed about travelling restrictions during pregnancy.
