    I prebooked my appointment online because of two problems I was having and was seen by a lovely young lady who treated me really well and dealt with both of my problems. Always get the best possible treatment and care.

    I have been a patient with Ombersley Medical Centre for 6 years and always receive the best care and attention. However I find the 72 hour prescription ordering time a bit excessive. I understand that this was necessary during the pandemic but please, please, please can we go back to the 48 hours pre Covid order times. I used to work in a very busy GP surgery in Birmingham and we managed to do it in 48 hours. This would greatly improve our patient experience.

    I have had two very good experiences with this practice - in stark contrast to my parents' experience with their GP practice in the south-east of England. Last week my daughter had a frightening episode that caused us to call 111, who recommended a GP visit in the next three days. We received a callback from Ombersley within minutes and were able to see the GP within an hour, which was great as my daughter was frightened and in a lot of pain. They were wonderful. On a previous non-urgent occasion we were again able to receive phone advice that morning and pick up a prescription later that day. They are prompt, friendly and reassuring, and being able to get a same-day appointment is much better than many people's current experience on the NHS. Thank you!

    Moved surgeries . Due to house move . They changed my repeatt prescription without notice or consultation . They are denying me full access to my records via nhs app with No reason despite repeated! Requests to resolve . Considering moving Back to old GP !

    Ok if you haven’t experienced a better service. Receptionists are unaware of the practices policies, unaware of where things are kept and give out incorrect information. A few of the GP’s are lovely but management aren’t helpful at all. Very unorganised when asked for a sick bowl reception couldn’t find any. Pharmacy is not open on weekends and doesn’t sell medication/goods. Prescription only Pharmacy. Always somewhere to park however I feel this is a reflection of the above.
