    Your Review: My telephone consultation with the GP was supportive and helpful. He listened to my concerns with empathy and I felt included in the decision making process. Follow up text with additional lifestyle advice was a nice touch and much appreciated.

    Attended the surgery for routine BP check with practice nurse (AP). Excellent nursing care and lovely rapport. Receptionists friendly and attentive. Waiting room very informative with good up-to-date informing and really liked the content shared on TV

    Can't get appointment even if you spend 3 morning in a row on hold for 45 minutes as 1 minute after opening your no 20 in the queue when you eventually speak to someone after 45 minutes get told again there's no appointments absolute joke then get told again to ring 111 tried to explain I would like to see my doctor as she is already dealing with health issue receptionist tells me I can have an appointment in 4 weeks time I don't need appointment in 4 weeks need to see doctor now again all receptionist can recommend is call 111 this should be investigated as what is point of having the surgery if you can't see a doctor

    It is virtually impossible to make a face to face appointment at the surgery. Telephone appointments with GP’s are not helpful and they seem to do anything they can to avoid having to see patients face to face. In my case, I spoke to 3 different doctors who were very little help and in the end, had to go to hospital for my illness. This is really concerning and I don’t see any valid reason for the surgery only offering telephone appointments when things have almost returned to normal post covid and when other doctors surgeries are seeing patients face to face.
