The most valuable quality that you wish for in your GP is mutual trust. It is incredibly difficult to maintain. This is what I have with my GP. She trusts me fully and supports me holistically. I and my daughter have been her patients for 20 years. Her knowledge and understanding are outstanding.

I had an appointment today 17 of October at 8.40 for a blood test. After waiting almost 1 hour I had to leave for working reasons. They booked me another appointment in November. It is unacceptable to treat patients in this way. Really disappointed about this unprofessional service.

My husband and I have recently registered with the practice, moving from a practice in Ealing. From day one, they have been pro-active in their patient care - calling me in for blood pressure monitoring and blood tests and running an extremely efficient flu vaccination appointment system at which your weight and blood pressure were checked as well. The telephone is answered very promptly too! All the staff we have seen - receptionists, nurse, phlebotomist- have all been so efficient and delightful to deal with. It is a refreshing change from our previous practice and we are very glad we made the change and registered here.
