Complete and utter shambles, cant get through and when you do your told theres nothing available at all. So when you see all that nonsense on tv about ' go and speak to your gp' , 'go and visit your gp'. Thats what they're there for. Is an absolute joke and not a funny one either. Its absolutely pathetic.

My sister requested an appointment with a GP to have a mole checked as she had noticed some changes. The call handler said she wouldn't get an appointment and would be better going to A & E. We are always being told not to go to A & E unless it's an emergency and yet the GP receptionists are directing people to go there rather than giving appointments.
