I phoned this morning regarding an appointment for my 2 year old daughter. They answered within 10 minutes and I got an appointment for the same day. The doctor was very nice and helpful! I've been using this surgery for a few years now and they always provided an excellent service.

The practice is very good at dealing with you everyone from the reception to the Doctor treatment room Staff all kind and caring very professional. I have never had a problem getting to talk to a Doctor or as in today's case a face to face I think a lot of complaints is people who have to high expectations when you are sick they are the best . Always helpful Thanks to all the staff.

Phoned today to sort my monthly prescription. Receptionist wouldn't let me finish my sentence and pretty much spoke to me like I was a pest. Wouldn't refer my worst enemy to this gp surgery. Had nothing but problems with the Receptionists thinking they are superior to patients. Receptionists speak to you as though you are wasting their time yet it is their job to answer the phone. Absolute joke of a surgery.

Called at 2.30pm for an appointment for myself and 3yr old. Appointments were given for 3.10pm. Staff are always helpful and friendly nothing is too much trouble. I have always managed to get face to face appointments when needed. Overall a very good service had from start to finish.

Been trying for 2 weeks to speak to a doctor. Stomach pains have been keeping me awake at night for a month and I can't get hold of anyone to seek help

Been trying for 2 weeks to speak to someone with no success. Either I get the automated response telling me that no one can take my call, or the receptionist tells me that there is no available slots for today and try another day. Stomach pains have been keeping me awake at night for over a month and I can't get hold of anyone to seek advice.

Blood test results came though and it eas at least 2 months away to see a doctor for a routine appointment and the receptionist clearly dont want to help and advise to call back on the day but no guarantee

Called to arrange my blood test form to be emailed to me. Receptionist couldn’t be bothered sighing, moaning about the system etc she said she will get the form emailed to me later today and I asked can I get a time as I have a lady coming to do blood test at 1:30pm.. still didn’t give me a time so I asked again so I can either rearrange my home blood test however the receptionist was so rude when telling me she will get it sent by 1:30pm. I couldn’t believe the attitude. So I said to her there I no need for the attitude and hung up as I don’t have to put up with that from any body. They moan about patients being rude to them however they are equally as rude. The sighing and huffing sounds like she couldn’t be bothered so let’s see if I do receive the form by 1:30pm!
