Tried to book an appointment today, and the people booking the appointments are horrible, and they are passively aggressive about calling at 8 a.m. I have been queuing since 8 a.m. Very confusing, demanding to call a week early, calling a week earlier, and they get mad, then I was told to call a day before. I called the day before, and they got mad again at calling on the day. Telling me to call on the day exactly at 8 am, repeating the cycle over and over. Some doctors/GPs do not inspect the problem thoroughly and give quick answers to get to the next patient. Luckily, I had 2 good doctors/GPs; the others said, "Paracetamol and rest, bye. next!" In those 20 years, only twice went smoothly. The probability of getting actual help is very low. Is it possible to replace the middleman with an automated AI to make appointments seamless, hassle-free and hostility-free? Better yet, book an appointment online. The issue is the middleman gatekeeping healthcare and the quality of doctors.

Asked for prescription for medication that I was taking since Feb/Mar 2024 but gave me a lower dose without discussing with me or any advance notice that there was a plan to reduce dosage. Only prescribed for 28 days instead of 56 days not helpful with medication expense as I pay for my prescription. Asked for prescription on Monday only got resolved on Thursday to which have caused me stress and now made me anxious that when I ask for same prescription towards the end of my supply that I will go through the same problem. I needed to book an appointment to get this problem resolved and spoke with one of the doctors who told me that the person who prescribed the wrong dose might have made a mistake.

I love my GP, I feel so greatful for what I get here! I started coming old kent road surgery since I was first pregnant 3 years ago. Since then, I never feel disappointed. Doctors are well experienced, nurses are caring, receptionists are well organised! Thank you the team for always doing a wonderful job!

Reception staff Useless, Like they don't want to be there!...They Lost my mums Urine sample which was taken in last week and told by reception to put it inside the plastic bag on the desk!...Today they said we have no Record of it.

Never have a problem with this surgery. Nothings perfect in life but the people that work here give it their best shot. My family for one are very grateful for all the care given over the years. I think sometimes people expect too much.

My daughter has an ongoing acne problem and our GP has always been attentive and receptive to her needs and adjusted her treatment to suit her. We are very happy with the positive experience we have every time we need to see a doctor at the clinic.
