Yet again you ring up at 8.30 you are in a queue number 23...40 minutes later you are through to be told no more appointments today ring back tomorrow.But your back at work tomorrow working 12 Hr shifts 6 am till 6pm ...there no appointments after 6 your told guess my knee will have to wait and try the appointment lottery next time I'm off!!

Dear Philip I am sorry that you have encountered difficulties in using our services. We kindly encourage all patients to arrange appointments via our secure link which I have posted below. https://florey.accurx.com/p/M85078 This link is in operation Monday to Friday between 8:00am - 8:30am Using this link means that you do not have to ring the surgery first thing in the morning and wait in the queue. Please note our phone line is in operation from 8:00am, not 8:30am as you mention Kind regards Oakwood Surgery

Recently had to see one of the doctors due to an ongoing ENT issue, she was very helpful and thorough when examining me. Credit to the surgery.
