Such a pleasure to be registered with this practice everyone are so helpful especially the pharmacy they sorted emergency medication within minutes when I was due to fly off on holiday later that day. Couldn’t recommend them more, from reception to doctors nurses and pharmacy all are so attentive. They all have a difficult job with a great deal of pressure giving the current climate my personal experience was so good!

Placed a request for repeat prescription over a week ago. Picked it up to find vital medication missing. Was told it was because a doctor was on holiday so prescription had not been signed. Was also told they would get a doctor to sign it urgently and would call me when it was ready to pick up. no call. I am now without vital medication all weekend! When you do complain they make it your fault. I am so disappointed and let down with the way this practice is headed.
