Review titled No empathy or kindness
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Safurat Alabi - Posted on 29 August 2024
The receptionist said that I was 5 minutes late and the Dr will not be able to see my 3 months old baby that is poorly. I explained to her that is just 5 mins and she said she would send a message to Dr, if she will still be able to see my son. She asked me to sit and wait. After waiting for 20 minutes, she then said the Dr said she will not be able to see my son. I wish in future the receptionist will do her duty with a little bit of kindness towards a 3 month old baby. Lastly, the Doctor has know empathy towards her patients. I can't believe she refused to see a 3 month old baby just for 5 minutes lateness. Where is her duty of care and empathy. I am very disappointed in the way I was treated today.

Review titled Only use if you never want to see a doctor or get medication
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 12 February 2024
We were forced to register here due to a house move and they have been abysmal in every way. Made registering an ordeal, tried to stop necessary repeat prescriptions from doctors who knew us well and have generally been an obstacle to treatment rather than an access point. It’s near impossible to see a doctor and they often forget to ring you when they say. Even seeing a nurse usually means them asking you to trail to Dipton. When you do see a nurse, they are thoroughly unhelpful and again won’t treat or prescribe. You can’t even book telephone appointments online. We love where we live but this doctors is the best incentive possible to move elsewhere.

Review titled Going downhill
Rated 3 stars out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 23 December 2022
Oakfield practise windsor road is going downhill staff are rude with a chip on there shoulder and think they are doing you a favour by getting you an appointment or call back . The telephone system is not very good if it tells you to hangup and they will ring you back do not do it stay on the line . Over 3 days now trying to get an appointment on the phone as soon as they open at 8am and still no luck. The staff they employ havent a clue whats going on and seem to think they are doing people favours rather than getting on with there job.

Review titled Great Practice
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by JANE WEEDEN - Posted on 03 October 2022
Receptionist are all polite & try to accommodate a time that suits you . I saw a very helpful doctor who took time to ask me how things were going & listened to everything I said . The surgery is always clean & welcoming . These doctors have been offering face to face appointments since January I don't think many other have . I have no hesitation in recommending this surgery .
