   If patient satisfaction is a language, the deputy manager has mastered it. Always cheerful and never fails to step up. Whenever myself or our family face an issue I ask to speak with the practise manager and only on this particular occasion did I come to know the person I speak to is in actual fact the deputy manager the one who has always come to the rescue. Thank you for continuously taking ownership. You are a true asset to the practise.
