Was able to get my appointment on line without an issue and was very satisfied with my consultation with the doctor. Only drawback is that after appointment times are unavailable online. Please include some afternoon appointments as well.

I received an email about my health suggesting changes to my medication following that contact appointment was made. All of this process was made by the practice I was cared for by a kind and thoughtful surgery.

The GP was very attentive to my complaints, very through in his analysis and diagnosis of my ailment. And he gave me the right medication after we both talked about the best option of medication for me

Got appointment without there being any trouble when ringing through. Saw the doctor who was very professional and understanding in my health matter and got the referral that I requested.

The practice stayed open as I awaited an ambulance. I was treated very well and I am very grateful as I felt extremely unwell and vomited twice.

I have to say my experience today with this practice has been utterly disappointing. Tried to speak to someone about an appointment for my partner who is extremely unwell with his mental health. The receptionist refused to listen to me, talked over me and then hung up the phone. I am now left with know where to turn for help. I have never dealt with any establishment with such rude and ignorant employees.
