  1. Review titled Rude and no empathy

Rated 1 star out of 5

Female dr was a very rude and dismissive lady, has zero empathy for her patients. The whole time she found the computer screen more interesting than answering my query. After talking to other patients apparently it’s the norm. They are simply staying with the gp for the language barrier. It’s a shame

  2. Review titled Disgusting Reception staff

Rated 1 star out of 5

Receptions staff are rude.! They have no telephone manners whatsoever with zero customer service skills none of them are well spoken. I was shocked when I rang up and the guy refused to help because he's logged out and it takes 10mins to log back in. No compassion for the patients. Hope the reception staff is fired and replaced by people who have some sort of customer service skills.
