    Girls on reception are always happy to help and friendly. I had an ongoing issue with a referral that reception ended up asking the practice manager to help with. The practice manager spoke with the GP that day for me and sorted it. Can be a bit of a wait sometimes for an appointment but they always speak with the GP if urgent that day for you and the GP always helps anyway he can.

    admin staff dealt with my query very quickly and not had any problems since joining this surgery. Not had a problem getting an appointment with the GP, always helpful the staff and so pleasant with my family

    The practice always fits me in when needed and ensures my little one is seen at short notice. They have gone out of their way on more than one occasion to help me. The Gp’s there are excellent and always very helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much bother for them. Phones answered quickly and reception staff always very lovely.
