Our reception staff need a medal. Front line workers. They are the ones who get the nasty comments because, they can’t pull appointments out of the air. We don’t have enough doctor for the people needing appointments. But that’s more money. Doctors seems to spend more time ticking boxes on the computer than talking face to face. Something that’s not their fault. To ring at 8.30 for an appointment is at least half a hour you have lost. Our locumn was really good but I did want to ask about a bad pain I had in my thumb. But the time was taken up going through my AF results. I must say the outcome is what I wanted for sometime. Now I need another appointment which probably will just will need a xray form. So a few minutes more I wouldn’t need another appointment. A practise nurse would be ideal. They do there best with what they got.

Booking my appointment with the practise nurse was easy. The reception staff are always pleasant and helpful. I was called in on time to see the nurse for bloods. Talked through other checks that are needed. Then I was out. No long stay in the waiting room.

An appointment was made in the morning of the appointment and I was seen at the correct time and had my blood pressure taken efficiently. The staff at reception were very helpful and the nurse taking the blood pressure was very pleasant as usual

Eventually managed to get a Doctors appointment after trying for 4days with a Locam Dr was prescribed medication re outcome of blood test results.

I Have been with this surgery for over 20 years and have always had a good experience with the care received / the Doctors and receptionists have always been very helpful - I rang yesterday for an appointment and I was seen yesterday afternoon which is really good as I often hear people from other surgeries complaining they have to wait much longer to be seen

Annual COPD test. I found the PCN pharmacist very helpful and efficient, talking me through any health issues and taking time with me to discuss any concerns I might have .

First time appointment with this young Doctor patient listened to me understanding full examination with antibiotics & helpfull advise. Thank you for your patience understanding manner & helpfull usefull advise well done im well impressed 👍

Had a phone chat with Dr , regarding my problem. Very helpful in explaining my problem . And quickly organises the best way to remedy it.
