Received text for appointment for medication review, call was on time +- a couple of minutes. Caller spoke clearly and went through each medication, it's dosage and use.

I saw a lady Asian Dr. She treated me with compassion & the best care. She did a follow up to check on my wellbeing & offered a review appointment. I was reviewed by an Asian Dr he is very professional & cares about the patient’s care needs.

Doctors and nurse very understanding and caring, as always. Routine blood tests and blood pressure and weight check with practice nurse.Blood pressure was high, so nurse contacted doctor. Within a few hours doctor telephoned me to advise and discuss medication. She will monitor blood pressure in the next five days. Excellent service.

I went to see the Doctor who was very thorough checked my past records listened to my problem gave me good advice. Also saw nurse a few days after took yearly bloods, checked weight, blood pressure she was thorough as always Very good practice all round from Reception to Doctors and Nurse can get appointments same day all very helpful feel relaxed with whoever I see Can not fault the service would recommend it to anyone.

I had an appointment with the nurse. Didn’t have to wait once my time had come. They explained the procedure, what the results meant and follow up dependent on the results. They made me feel comfortable and gave reassurance throughout.

Practice called to offer me a check up because I am a carer. I was in on time and though I am not comfortable with needles the blood test was relatively painless. The procedure was explained to me as we progressed. Afterwards I had a meeting to offer me the clinics new carers care package supplying me with essential contacts. This is a welcome new incentive from the clinic.

As always exceptional service. A few months ago I had an appointment with one of the doctors. From that appointment something that I never expected was diagnosed. As a result of this I have since needed to use the surgery on several occasions, on each occasion I have had exceptional service. I want to thank everyone involved in this practice. Thank you.
