I have been taking my elderly parents there more frequently of late. The experience with doctors, particularly one we see often has been nothing but exceptional. Always got time, extremely caring, thorough and professional. The nurses, despite being already extremely busy have also squeezed in extra appointments to help us (missing their own breaks). Thank you.

If you have a serious condition, go some where else.!! I rang over 200 times today to make an appointment.!! This practice puts patience’s last. Only takes appointments for that day.! So you go through the “Lottery appointment” again the next day. I’m leaving this dump.

My right leg has been painful for a number of weeks but when a slight swelling appeared at the top of my leg I was concerned. I mentioned this to a doctor who was attending to me regarding another matter and he advised me he would check it out. He left the room and never returned. The nurse advised me he had 'forgot'. When I rang to make another appointment the receptionist was unfriendly and informed me the surgery was closed for the day. At that point I gave up and decided to see if I could live with the discomfort!!! If this is a caring institution heaven help us!
