Hello Happy i got same day appointment Pleased with the doctor that examined me. He reassured me that my condition was more likely to be flu and drinking loads of fluids would help clear it. Thank you

Had a telephone consultation in early February and the doctor who conducted it was great .. the call came at the agreed time and listened to what I said and made a few sensible suggestions and took me through the various alternatives/solutions. I feel that the doctor realy cared about my well being and i was in a much better place after this and understood what I had to do .. great consultation..

I have been treated as an individual, I was involved in all aspects of decision making and everything in relation to my health was explained to me in very simple and easy to understand manner. Overall, I feel very pleased with the consultation received

Appointment was by telephone. Call at time arranged although had received email to say appointment could be within a 2 hour period. Found this strange as I had arranged a specific time. A telephone appointment within a time window is not feasible when you are working and inconvenient for anyone.

It is hard to get to see a GP these days as the phone is always busy but, thankfully, I am on the list to get a yearly review. When I do get to see a GP in person the experience is good. I just wish it was easier to get to see a GP ad hoc if and when I fall Ill outside of my yearly check up date.

As a middle aged man I found it difficult to find the courage to speak to my GP about mental health. However I was treated with sympathy and understanding and provided with what hopefully will be the links to support services I need to get back on track

Nurse was welcoming, friendly and put me at ease. Was prepared to talk me through the background of the process to ensure I had a full understanding of the purpose of the screening.
