Appointment was prompt. Nurse reviewed recent test results and discussed follow up. We agreed a plan. I felt totally reassured following this face to face meeting. Much more so than two earlier telephone meetings to discuss same issue.

Was no problem getting to see the Dr. All that was needed was dealt with effectively. There is usually no hassle getting to see a stand being able to do it online from early morning is a good idea.

Throughout my telephone/ face to face consultations, the Doctor dealing with my complaint was sympathetic,listened and made me feel confident that she was focused on improving my complaint. After a few consultations and altering my medications I am pleased to say my complaint has improved. This is all thanks to the Doctors determination to help me. Thank you

While getting an appointment can be difficult, staff do their best to assist. Regular reviews and monitoring of my medication and health conditions is reassuring. Very grateful for the care I receive. Thank you

The nurse was really proficient in taking my blood. In the past it has taken a few goes? She was really friendly and put me at ease.

Saw a nurse, for an asthma review. She was very polite and helpful and informative. Happy to see practice nurse again at any point. Not as yet seen a GP. Waiting time wasn't long either.

It’s my family practice and I’ve never had a bad experience until recently. I’m a fainter when it comes to bloods and especially when it’s fasting bloods and the phlebotomist on call didn’t know how to deal with it. Luckily I had a family member with me just incase I did faint and unfortunately I nearly did almost. If I didn’t have that support system with me I don’t think the nurses at the time would of known what to do

Computer screen check in,speedy service,very efficient.Doctor listened carefully to all my needs.I haven't seen a doctor sense leaving hospital beginning of February, not happy about this at all,so hard to get an appointment.

I am registered with Northenden Group Practice since 2003. We continue to have excellent services from very competent staff and never ever had a single complaint. Thanks to the whole team for their exemplary performance and dedication.
