I phoned for a same day appointment, was ninth in the queue and chose the callback facility which worked well. I was contacted later that morning with an afternoon appointment. My appointment was on time and the doctor I saw was both empathetic and thorough.

The GP that I saw for my daughter was absolutely amazing. His manner and level and care was brilliant

I had been booked for 2 appointment off which I had no notification. Then eventually I got a call back which was extremely hard as the person with whom the conversation was with didn't have any back ground off my problems. Eventually we came up with a plan that right for me to move forward.

Receptionist very friendly as was the nurse who dealt with me,she was professional and made me feel welcomed and relaxed

Got call to say I had an appoint to see a nurse at Gatley Green on 30th july , had a reminder text to say my appoint was at northenden I then called to check if it was at Gatley Green , it was Gatley Green , got call on Monday afternoon 29th July to then say appoint had been cancelled & I had another appointment on Thursday 1.20pm at Gatley Green . Then got another confirmation to say appoint was at Northenden so rang again to check where it was & was told Northenden at 1.20 & then on same day got another text saying 1.50 . I asked the receptionist twice what appointment was for & they couldn’t tell me as didn’t know why On arrival for my appointment the nurse asked why I was there I said no idea to which she said I don’t know either !!!!! Could something explain how this situation has occurred & why I was rang in the 1st instance

The GP I saw was extremely helpful and profrssional and put me at ease regarding my problem and made another appointment to see a doctor next week who can examine it further. Thank you so much

Dr was very understanding and quick in taking proper actions. The follow up appointments he gave us helped with the continuity of the care. It was very assuring and I felt like Im in a good hand

On my last visit to the surgery I found my GP to be very helpful and thoughtful, I was made to feel at ease and left feeling uplifted

I had a telephone consultation. I was connected to the world via a link to NHS wifi, at Wythenshawe Hospital. I know the level of clarity/volume using this system, from current usage. The telephone call I got from the surgery was extremely difficult to understand/follow as it faded in & out. I believe that the problem was at the surgery end.
