As someone who wears hearing aids it should have a screen upstairs that tells you when your appointment person is ready for you. Also no tannoy to tell us when we are the next person in the clinic either.

On numerous occasions we had to ring back having being told medication was being dealt with and that practice staff would ring you back and they don't you have to chance them everytime. The voice message does on for ages when people already know all the things that are mentioned. The Meds team seem to decide everything and seem to be the covering the desk on numerous occasions. Generally it feels as if the whole practices needs a full review of procedures and staff customer service front line training by a totally indpendant outside party to identify the issues.

I left message on ask my GP last week. The reply comes ,GP will call you in 3 days. Well a locum GP called at 6 pm on day 3 , very inconsiderate,not interested in my issues ( well she is locum,just doing shifts for extra income). Tells me book a F2F Appointment. Well after 3 days,this was the advice I got. Who was triaging the referral, they could have seen the request and told me this earlier. Ok I called the reception to book an appointment. Standard answer call tomorrow morning at 8. Well,I called in the morning and I can't believe the answer I was given 'someone will call in 2 hours to give me an appointment.'. On questioning, reception person says,this is the way things work in this surgery. Hospital says go to GP . To get a GP appointment ( which I have still not got),it's so hard. GP surgery should be working harder to assist patients rather than just bouncing them.Its frustrating that when you need GP like once in a year,this is what you get.

North trafford group practice has improved alot. Waiting time for an appointment from 5 days to now 3 days is great. There are more gp available and the phlebotomist and gp's are lovely. Definitely recommend the practice to friends and family.

so once again received wrong item.Requested via hospital letter but nobody is reading it apparently.Must be right as issued same item 2 more times despite my explaining about letter and what I need.Not for the first time either.Not good enough.

I was struggling to book an appointment for myself to the hospital so I visited the practice to ask advice but the receptionist try to call the department straigt away and helped me out with a booking and this was such a great help for me. She was really kind and professional!

I ve been with practice for years. I found my gp has been very supportive especially as I have a complex medical history.
