I was contacted by a receptionist from the surgery (13/02/2024) and an appointment was promptly made for me to see the Pharmacist, the following day in order to review my medication for hypertension. The receptionist on the day was friendly and polite and the Pharmacist, I could not fault him! He was knowledgeable, courteous and very understanding about my health dilemma and how to resolve it. Many thanks!

I received a letter from the practice asking me to make a routine appointment. After hours trying to get through on the phone I went to the surgery in person, only to be told that they were not taking any appointments at the moment. This is a joke, why send me a letter in the first place. The service at this surgery is a disgrace.

Got an appointment to fit in with me. The receptionist was lovely and took time to arrange this explaining how to get test results back in time due to Christmas period. Had my appointment today to go through my results and to make sure nothing was missed. He was very friendly and offered advise. Thank you so much for your thorough consultation, kindness and caring approach.

Following 24 hours' blood pressure monitoring, an appointment was arranged very quickly with prescribing (surgery) pharmacist who explained clearly the test results & advised course of action. A very useful consultation conducted in a pleasant, professional manner.

I booked in to see practice Pharmacist for my BP which has been high. I was seen at my appointment time, the pharmacist was very thorough and informative, he offered great advice and took his time going through everything. There was a query which he followed up and I received a phone call with the answer with one the hour. I truly felt the treatment was bespoke and not just like “another patient”. A great service!

I had an appointment with the surgery pharmacist today, he was very professional, had a great manner and sent me away feeling well informed, his honesty and knowledge was admirable. This allowed me to make an informed decision and was aware of alternative options

I had an acute problem yesterday that was dealt with in a professional and caring way. I appreciate that the system is not perfect but cannot fault my experience from receptionist to Dr. Many thanks.

For 4 days my son has a fever since yesterday I call the doctor no one wants to help me they refer me to 111, yesterday my son had a fever of 40.3 and they did not accept him, today he also got a rash and also the doctor does not want to accept him again they tell me to call 111 but here I did not get help

Never had a problem at Ingol, all staff are super friendly and face-to-face appointments are so reassuring and kind. Sometimes a delay on the phone but to be expected and often running behind but no real issue. Very happy to be with this surgery compared to previous ones in Preston.
