Fortunately I do not have to ring for GP often the odd occasion I have in the last 12 months I find reception. Staff quiet abrupt and not empathetic god help those who are feeling really poorly to have to contend with attitude as well as trying to get an appointment it’s very disappointing

Absolutely landed on my feet with these doctors, been a patient there for 4 years and every single time my issues (both mental and physical) have been taken very seriously and the staff have been polite and considerate, each time I have been fit in at late notice or have been able to get in the following day! Made my fella sign up here too!

Been a patient here for around 7 years now and always got treated promptly and professionally even at short notice. A great team of staff- receptionists, doctors and nurses. Can’t fault the service. Were even great during lockdown when I needed an appointment.
